Plymouth Citybus Launches Live Tracking App

The Plymouth Citybus app makes travelling by bus even easier!

You can now plan your journey, track your bus, buy your ticket and follow your progress in real time - all in one app.

To download the app, simply click on the App Store icon (for Apple devices) or Google Play icon (for Android) below.

Real time technology means you can now plan your journey within the app. Simply type in your destination to see your fastest journey option, including walking times and directions.

No more wondering when the next bus will turn up! With the new app you can track your bus live, so whether you're waiting at the bus stop or are about to embark on your journey, you can keep informed of where your bus is.

Board even faster and buy your tickets on the app. Simply scan your ticket and board; no confusion and no cash required. You can also gift tickets to other app users and save multiple payment methods for quicker purchasing in future.

If you're unfamiliar with an area or unsure which stop to get off you can now use the app to follow your journey while on board the bus.

Another thing i noticed is that it shows the fleet number of the bus on that route too!
